1 pkg. tofu (extra firm)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
McKay's Beef Style Broth and Seasoning
1 tbs. oil for cooking
Cube tofu into bite size squares place into a dish with a lid and add the soy sauce. (shake well to make sure all pieces are cover with soy sauce) Marinate over night in the refrigerator.
The next day place oil in frying pan and heat pan, add tofu and brown. Add peppers and onion and continue to cook for two or three minutes. (add a little water if necessary)
Place water McKay's in a pot and bring to a boil. Dissolve corn starch in a small container with cold water. Add to the pot and thicken. Add the tofu mixture and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
