Peanut Pasta Sauce

    1 c. frozen peas
    1/8 c. chicken broth
    1 T PB2
    1/2 T soy sauce
    1/8 t. crushed red pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced


In a small saucepan, stir sticken broth into PB2 and stir with a whisk until mixed and creamy. Stir in soy sauce, red pepper, and garlic; heat through. Add peas that have been cooked and kept warm. Gently toss pasta in sauce. Makes 2 servings.
