Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    White Rice, long grain, 400 grams
    Lentils, 50 grams
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water 1.5 cups
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Salmon (canned), 400 grams
    *Bird Eye Chilli, .5 serving
    *Coriander leaf, dried, 2 tsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    *Tumeric, 1 tsp
    *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Milk, 1%, 6 fl oz

Directions

Boil rice and lentils in stock and water.
Fry onions, garlic and spices in 2 tbl oil. Add fish.
Steam potatoes and mash with remaining oil and heated milk.
Mix fish and rice/lentil mix. Top with mash and bake in oven 'til golden.
