Museli Flapjack

Introduction

You can use either honey or syrup, which ever you choose.

A sweet, tasty alternative to high priced shop bought flapjacks and cereal bars.

Stored in an airtight container, will last up to a week

A sweet, tasty alternative to high priced shop bought flapjacks and cereal bars.

Stored in an airtight container, will last up to a week

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    100g dark brown sugar
    50g either honey or syrup
    100g regular porridge oats
    100g museli of your choice
    100g Light butter

Directions

Melt butter, honey/syrup and sugar in a pan.

Once melted, take off the heat and combine withe the porridge and museli.

Grease or line an 8" square tin and bake on gas mark 5 for about 20-25 minutes. You want a golden brown finish but dont overcook as they can go a bit crusty around the edges, still delicious though!
