Ingredients

    4 Lg Sweet Potatoes
    4 Tbsp Smart Balance Lite
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    1/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 Tbsp Nutmeg
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

Cut up sweet potatoes (either cubed or just cut round pieces)
Boil sweet potatoes
Drain most water from sweet potatoes (leave enough water to cover bottom of pot)
Reduce heat and add all other ingredients
Stir frequently to avoid burning or sticking

Makes about 6 servings
