Lemon Poppyseed Muffins (Low Cal, Low Fat)

Introduction

This is my twist on a good recipe. It uses apple sauce instead of oil and splenda instead of sugar. It makes each muffin only 86 calories and 0.9 g of fat. This is my twist on a good recipe. • It needs more lemon and poppy seeds.. but other than that they are fantabulous! - 4/1/11

  • I felt it could have used just a hair more lemon flavor and my taste testers agreed. They didn't puff up as much as I would have liked, but overall, they were very good and with a little tweaking, they'll be great. - 5/29/10
