Ranch Salad Dressing

Home made ranch dressing/dip Home made ranch dressing/dip
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
    1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    2 Teaspoons of lime juice
    2 Tbsp of fresh chives - chopped
    2 Tbsp of fresh parsley - chopped
    1 clove garlic - finely chopped
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator. Makes 12 two tablespoon servings. Recipe makes very thick dressing - more like dip. Could be thinned with additional buttermilk or water.
