Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1.5 cup
Rolled Oats (whizzed in food processor), 1 cup
Wheat germ, crude, 0.5 cup
Wheat bran, crude, 0.5 cup
*active dry yeast, 2.25 tsp
granulated sugar, 0.25 cup
Warm Water, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz)
*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
Lecithin granules 2 tbs
salt 1 tsp
BAke 15 mins in preheated oven at 180 deg C. Brush with olive oil once done to give it a soft crust.
