NAKED Chicken Fajita with Avacado and PeppersSubmitted by: SAMBUCKY
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1/2 Red Onion
3 packages Lawry's Chicken Fajita Seasoning
2 Cups Kraft Mexican Blend Cheese
2.)Marinade chicken for at least 20 minutes - longer the better!
3.) Remove chicken from marinade and coat with remaining package of Fajita Seasoning.
4.) BBQ Chicken (or boil on HI with the oven rack at the lowest setting)
5.) Cook Chicken approx. 20 mins.
6.) While chicken is cooking - chop peppers and onions and saute in large skillet with water till tender
7.) Remove avacado from skin and slice thinly
8.) Remove chicken from BBQ or Oven and slice into thin strips.
9.) Warm tortilla on hot skillet
10.) Assemble and Enjoy!
