Introduction

Tastes like Paradise, but is not low cal or low anything. I am trying to figure out what really goes into my recipes, so I can adjust them. This one is a must have if you want to splurge while peaches are in season. Tastes like Paradise, but is not low cal or low anything. I am trying to figure out what really goes into my recipes, so I can adjust them. This one is a must have if you want to splurge while peaches are in season.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Pillsbury Deep Dish frozen pie crust, thawed
    5 medium eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 TBSP vanilla
    1 cup peaches
    Nutmeg to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Peel and chop peaches. Spread on the bottom of the pie crust.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Add milk and vanilla. MIx with whisk until well blended.
Carefully pour over peaches. The pie crust will be full to the brim.
Carefully place in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
