Rosemary and garlic Pork Tenderloin

Introduction

A delicious, healthy meal for everyone, plus it looks great on the plate! A delicious, healthy meal for everyone, plus it looks great on the plate!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb pork tenderloin
    1 clove finely chopped garlic
    1 TBSP extra light olive oil
    1 TBSP dried or fresh rosemary

Directions

Remove pork from packaging and rinse.
chop 1 clove of garlic to desired size.
Rub olive oil on tenderloin, then rub on garlic and rosemary. cook uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 160.
makes around 4 servings

this meal looks really fancy, and tastes so good. goes really well with some steamed veggies, or brown rice!
