    1.25 C. LOW FAT BUTTERMILK
    .75 C. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER BAKING STICKS
    1 TSP VANILLA

Directions

CREAM YOUR SUGAR, SOFT BUTTER, AND EGG SUBSITUTE TOGETHER, SIFT ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, ALETRNATE DRY INGREDIENTS, AND BUTTERMILK INTO THE CREAMED MIXTURE, ADD BANANAS AND VANILLA LAST..OPTIONAL NUTS OR FRUIT..BAKE IN TWO PAM SPRAYED LOAF PANS FOR 50 MINUTE AT 360 DEGREES..MAKES 12 SLICES PER LOAF OR 24 SERVINGS
