MAGGIE CHILI

Introduction

I LOVE MAKING THIS ON COLD DAY BUT IT IS GOOD ANYTIME.. I LOVE MAKING THIS ON COLD DAY BUT IT IS GOOD ANYTIME..
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz browned
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Chili powder, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 4 cup (remove)

Directions

The # of servings on this is really hard to test because it depends on indivdual taste.
Since my son insist he does not like onion and pepper I puree them in my food processor.. He loves my chili but insists that I never put onions and peppers in anything.. LOL
Chopping them is ok also and I brown them with the beef. I then place everthying in the crock pot at two cans of water, salt and pepper to taste usually I add it while I am browning the beef. Just let it cook. If I am making it stove top I cook for about 2 hours but watch it to make sure it does not burn.
