15.5 oz can Publix Great Northern Beans
15.5 oz can Publix Spicy Chili Beans
15.5 oz can Publix Pinto Beans
15.5 oz can Publix Dark Red Kidney Beans
15 oz can Luck' s Butter Beans
10 oz can Rotel Extra Hot Diced Tomatoes & Chile Peppers
1 pkt McCormick's Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning Mix
1 pkt Publix Chili Seasoning Mix
2 lge yellow onions
2 Chicken Oxo cubes (or other chicken stock cube)
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Meanwhile, drain and rinse pinto beans, great northern beans, and kidney beans. Set to one side.
Chop onion and add to chicken in saucepan. Add Rotel tomatoes. Crumble Oxo into mixture.
Add spicy chili beans, butter beans and the rinsed and drained beans.
Mix seasoning mixes with 1 cup of water and pour into saucepan.
Simmer gently for approximately 15 minutes. Makes 10 servings
Ideal for bulk cooking and can be frozen in individual tubs.
NOTE: Rinsing the beans lowers the sodium content.
