Introduction

This is a very moist and nutritious muffin recipe. This is a very moist and nutritious muffin recipe.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c kashi golean cereal, crushed
    1/2 c splenda
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 c mashed banana
    1/2 c milk
    1/4 c egg beaters
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

preheat oven to 350. Spray or line muffin tins. Mix first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Stir in the flour mixture until moistened. Fill 12 muffin cups. Bake 15-20 miuntes.
