Introduction

Tastes way better than anything you're going to buy at the store! Sazon Goya can be found in Mexican food section of supermarket.

*Note: There are trace amounts of fat that are naturally occurring in the beans. If you eat multiple servings please recalculate to get exact amount of fat.

Ingredients

2 cans black beans, rinsed, drained
1 28 oz can ro-tel, or large jar salsa, whatever flavor you like
1 packet Sazon Goya or taco seasoning
    2 t. cumin
    1 t. garlic powder

Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor or blender. Blend until large pieces of beans are no longer visible. Nuke for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to get heated through.

Serve with low fat tortilla chips, like Grande, or use as a substitute for refried beans in other recipes.

1 serving = 4 Tbsp = 1/4 cup

It looks funky, but I promise it tastes AMAZING!!!
