Cornbread Muffins

Introduction

very sweet and moist very sweet and moist
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    jiffy mix, 1 box
    1 can each corn and creamed corn
    paprika, salt, pepper to taste
    1 egg, beaten

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 12 greased muffin cups (I use non stick spray). Bake for 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
