I think these would work great with Truvia as well - I was out of it that day I experimented with these so I used the sugar/applesauce combo. Ingredients

1/2 C unsalted butter - softened
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C natural applesauce
1/4 C molasses
1 t. cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp baking soda
1 C whole wheat flour
1 C and 1 T flour
2 egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together the butter, applesauce, sugar and molasses. Add in everything else except the flours - mix until incorporated. Add in the flours in stages (3-4) and combine all. Roll into size of golf balls and bake 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be be very light and fluffy.
