Maple Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

    Large Butternut Squash,( 3 to 4 cups), peeled seeded and cubed
    Maple Syrup, .25 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Olive Oil 3 tbsp
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut butternut squash in half and remove seeds then peel and cut into cubes or use already cut butternut squash
Lay out on cookie sheet
Sprinkle onion powder garlic powder and a dash of salt and pepper
Pour olive oil over squash
Use your hands to mix ingredients over squash
Sprinkle cinnamon over squash as well as 2 tbsp of maple syrup
Again, use hands to mix squash
Drizzle remaining malple syrup over squash
Place squash in oven and cook for 40 minutes stirring every 10 to 15 minutes to prevent burning
