Mini Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

    1 cup, fresh blueberries
    1 packet, instant oatmeal
    1 pat, butter (or margarine)
    1/2 tsp, light brown sugar
    2 tsp, Splenda
    Cooking spray

    1 small ramekin

Directions

Makes 1 serving

1. Preheat your oven on bake at 350 degrees.

1. Rinse blueberries and drain. Toss with 2 tsp of Splenda and pour into a small ramekin.

2. Pour dry oatmeal into a bowl. Mix with 1/2 tsp of light brown sugar. Next, break pieces of cold butter and mix into the oatmeal by pressing the butter and oatmeal with your fingers. Mixture should be crumbly.

3. Spread the oatmeal mixture evenly on top of the blueberries in the ramekin.

4. Place the ramekin in the middle rack and let bake for 20 minutes.
