Introduction

This recipe is by REKHAKAKR. I accidentally used the whole mung instead of dal or split mung, not understanding the ingredients details. Its amazing how tasty this pancake turned out to be! I was able to enjoy it without any coconut chutney on the side. This recipe is by REKHAKAKR. Ingredients

    Whole green Mung Beans, .5 cup , soak overnight.
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    *Hot green Chili Peppers, 2
    Cilantro, raw, 2 stems with leaves.
    Trader Joe’s Sea Salt, 0.3 tsp

Directions

Rinse the mung beans well, drain and add approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water and blend with all the ingredients. Make pancakes using olive oil or sprays. Delish for lunch or breakfast! Quite filling and yet, one feels light after! serves 2 at 3 small each or 2 1/2 each large ones as I made.
