Roasted Red Potatoes

Introduction

You can make this with just 1 potato or as many as you would like, just use ingredients accordingly. I started making this with 4. Be careful of the red pepper flakes as it can make them really spicy if you use to much, but it does give them nice flavor. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    red potatoes
    extra virgin olive oil
    garlic powder
    dried basil
    dried oregano
    dried dill
    roasted red pepper flakes

Directions

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Peel and cut potatoes into wedge slices however big or small you'd like. In a large bowl mix the ingredients with the potatoes making sure potatoes are covered in ingredients. Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place the potatoes on the sheet not overlapping. Bake for 20-25 minutes moving the potatoes around every so often. Leave in longer if you would like them to be crunchier or softer. Serve with salt, plain, with salsa, or sour cream.

You can use however much you'd like on the ingredients depending on how you like the taste.
Great for a side dish with dinner, or eggs in the morning. ;-)
