8 whole boneless chicken breast
1 cup fresh chopped carrots
1 cup frozen english peas
1/2 cup green, red and yellow bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 cloves chopped garlic
6 cups of water
3 cups chicken broth
1 tbls rosemary
1 tbls thyme
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
4 oz smart taste thin spagetti
While this is cooking; chopp all veggies
remove chicken and let cool
add 3 cups chicken broth to water
add rosemary, thyme and bay leaf
add celery, onions, garlic, and bellpepper let that come to a boil and turn it down.
shredd chicken breast and add to the pot along with the carrots and peas.
let cook for about 1 1/2 hours and then add 4 oz of smart taste thin spagetti break spagetti into at least 3 equal lengths.
cook another 30 min. and serve.
