1 can tuna in water, drained
2 slices of light wheat bread, toasted and crumbled (or .5 cup bread crumbs)
1 egg white
.25 teaspoon black pepper
1-2 clove of garlic, minced
.25 cup onions, finely chopped
.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or slightly less than .25t chili powder)
.25 cup teriyaki sauce, reduced sodium if you have it
- 2 Kaiser rolls, Not included in nutritional value
2. Mix well and form into two burgers.
3. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat (spray wiht cooking spray or add oil if desired).
4. Cook the patties until brown on both sides and heated through, about 2 minutes per side.
