Salmon Patties

An alternative to your traditional burger. An alternative to your traditional burger.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1 oz. salt and vinegar chips, crushed
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup flour
    1 egg
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Place salmon in a medium-mixing bowl. Remove large bones. Add chips, lemon juice and egg. Mix. Add enough flour to where mixture sticks together but is not overly dry. Add pepper. Mix.
Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Form patties (usually makes about four burger-sized patties). Add to hot skillet. Cook until golden brown on each side at medium heat. Serve.

Makes 4-1 patty servings.
