Beef and Broccoli Supreme

Ingredients

4 C broccoli
1 lb ground beef (this nutrition based on 13 oz)
1 medium onion (I used half)
garlic, minced
3 cups cooked white rice (I used 1 1/2 dry)
1 can cream of chicken (I used cream of mushroom)
1 cup 1% milk
1 C shredded cheddar cheese (I used 2/3 C)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 3 quart rectangular baking dish.
2. Large saucepan cook broccoli in water. Drain.
3. In skillet cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic. Drain.
4. Stirl beef, rice, soup, milk, cheese, salt and papper. Add broccoli. Toss til combined. Spoon into baking dish.
5. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes until bubble around edges.
(I didn't bake it and it was delicious! Quicker, and still good!)
