Squash boats with cinnamon and honey-on grill

Introduction

These are great to throw on the grill and cook with steaks. Super easy to make and very good. These are great to throw on the grill and cook with steaks. Super easy to make and very good.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 large summer squash
    2 Tbsp honey
    Cooking spray
    2 tsp Soft margarine
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Spray 10 x 12 foil with cooking spray and set aside. Slice squash into 1/2" wide circles and place on foil with margarine, honey and cinnamon on top. Fold long sides of foil together and double over. Fold small ends of foil over several times and make sure there are no leaks. Place on heated grill for 15-20 minutes.

Carefully unwrap and slide off onto plate or bowl. It's yummy and healthy! Makes 2 1/2 cup servings.
