4 oz Country Harvest whole wheat macaroni (pre-cooked weight)
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli - cooked
6 white mushrooms cut in pieces
2 green onions, sliced
3 oz chicken, cooked and cubed
1 can low fat Cream of Mushroom soup
1/3 can of water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
(or any spices desired)
That's it. This is a filling low calorie base that's easy to play with... Add cheese, more veggies, spice it up, etc. Sustitute milk instead of water to make it a bit creamier.
This is calculated at 4 small servings, but can easily make 2 large servings. Add a side of veggies to complete a meal.
