1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic
2 TBS Teriyaki Sauce (I used Kikkomen)
pam cooking spray
Stir fry sliced chicken breasts, add more Pam cooking spray if necessary.
When chicken is no longer pink, add veggies and teriyaki sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice. Makes about six servings.
