Introduction

I discovered this mix & it's great! I didn't want to add anymore fat for today, but can use olive oil instead of Pam for a richer flavor & Omega 3's.

I discovered this mix & it's great! I didn't want to add anymore fat for today, but can use olive oil instead of Pam for a richer flavor & Omega 3's.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Lg Chopped Onion
    2 Med Sliced Zucchinis
    1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
    1/4 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1 Clove of Minced Garlic
    8oz Can (Fry's) Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Oregano

    1 generous spray of Pam

Directions

Chop, slice and mince all vegies. Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper until onion becomes transparent. Add tomato sauce, black pepper & oregano.
