Go-With-Anything Potatoes

6 potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
Seasoned salt
Chives
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray bottom of 8x11 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Wash and peel potatoes, and pair and quarter them length wise. Spread potatoes in pan. Melt margarine and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle seasoned salt and chives over potatoes. Cover pan with foil, cutting holes for ventilation. Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes.
