Southwestern Veggie Chicken Skillet

Introduction

Ingredients

    Success Brown Rice .5 cup
    Goya Black Beans, 2 cup drained and rinsed
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
    Old El Paso Thick n' Chunky Medium Salsa, 1 cup
    Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce, 1 tsp
    1 cup water
    Morningstar Farms Chick Patty Original, 3 serving

Directions

Drain and rinse black beans
Add all ingredients in large skillet except for veggie chicken patties and mix together
Bring mixture to a boil
Cover mixture, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
While simmering, cook veggie chicken patties according to directions (I like to cook them in a toaster oven for 12 minutes at 425)
When patties and skillet contents are done, cut up patties and combine them into skillet mixture
