Ingredients

Plain Yogurt
Cucumber
Garlic Cloves
Salt
White Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mash the 4 garlic cloves and mix it with a dash of salt and 2 tbsp vinegar. Peel the cucumber, grate it and strain to remove its water. Put a cup of yogurt into a bowl and add the cucumber into it. Then mix the yogurt with the mixture of grated garlic. Add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Stir the content until all the ingredients are well mixed. Yogurt dip can be served in a normal temperature but it is rather preferred cold. Traditionally served with bread and grilled meat.
