Ingredients

1lb Pork Tenderloin
2 zuccini
2 tomatoes
1onion
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 Terriyaki Sauce
1 TBS. Garlic Powder
Directions
Makes 6 1-cup servings
Cut Pork, Zuccini & tomatoes into chunks. Chop onion and slice green pepper into small strips. Slice fresh mushrooms. Put everything into a deep frying pan or a dutch oven. Add Soy Sauce, Terriyaki, and garlic over the top. Simmer until veggies are soft and pork is done. (45 minutes should be maximum cooking time). Will make it's own juices! Excellent served over pasta or rice but can be eaten by itself.
