Introduction

This is an easy and light recipe. I enjoy making it on the weekend and then have leftovers through the week This is an easy and light recipe. I enjoy making it on the weekend and then have leftovers through the week

Ingredients

    Slice the steak or use 1 lb of lean stew meat, season to taste and brown, in large frying pan or dutch oven add all ingredients and cook till vegetables are almost done, then cover and lower heat and cook till done. Warm a corn tortilla, add a little of the hash to your tortilla fold and enjoy. You can add cheese, salsa, or sour cream. I like mine plain with a side salad

1 cup chopped onion
2 medium potatoes chopped
1 cup squash
2 jalepeno peppers (or to taste)
Corn tortillas
1 lb of round steak or stew meat
