Stuffed Tomatoes for Two

    Two Large Tomatoes
    1/2 Cup cottage Cheese
    Seasoning Salt


Slice tomatoes as you would a pizza into wedges, cutting toward the bottom just short of the plate. Slices will fall to open the tomato. Stuff 1/4 cup cottage cheese in each tomato and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
