12 fresh medium peaches 6 cups water 2 T. agave nectar (or 1/2 cup granular Splenda) 1/2 cup Marsala wine 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking oil spray. Blanche the peaches in boiling water for 20 seconds, then remove skin while holding under cold running water. Pit and slice peaches. Add rest of ingredients to peach slices and mix well, then place in sprayed baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Divide into 6 serving bowls.
