Introduction

A tasty breakfast dish. This dish can be dressed up with the addition of cured ham on top of the tomato slice for special occasions (adjust the calorie count accordingly). A tasty breakfast dish. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat English Muffin
    Eggs
    Fresh tomatoes
    Cured ham (optional)
    Salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

Split english muffin in half placing on a baking sheet with the split side up. Slice the fresh tomato .5" thick and place on top of muffin half. Carefully top with the fresh egg, add pepper and salt if desired. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes, depending on individual doneness preference. Makes one regular or two small servings (calorie count based on two servings.)
