1.5 cups stems and head of broccoli chopped .5 cups flowerettes cut into small flowers 1 tsp chicken oxo granules
trim and chop stalks and stems. add 1/2 cup water and OXO and gently boil for 10 minutes. Use a hand blender to puree. Stir in remaining flowerettes and let sit covered on burner for 5 minutes to soften. Spinkle with pepper and enjoy.
