Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread Loaf

Introduction

A delicious, dense whole wheat banana nut bread with flaxseed and oats A delicious, dense whole wheat banana nut bread with flaxseed and oats
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Butter
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    5 Bananas, medium (smashed)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup Flaxseed, ground
    1/4 cup Oats, steel
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 loaf pans

Cream Butter with Brown Sugar
Blend with Bananas, Vanilla, and Cinnamon
Add Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda to mixture and blend until all is incorporated
Mix in Walnuts

Fill baking pans and bake for 45 minutes
