Penne Rigate Lasagna

Introduction

Mock lasagna that is quick and easy.
You could add a variety of meats to make it your own if you wish.
Makes about 8 one cup servings.

Ingredients

    penne rigate noodles
    ricotta cheese part skim milk
    grated parmesan cheese
    4 cheese spaghetti sauce

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Boil noodles until soft, in a casserole dish add a layer of noodles, half of the spaghetti sauce, and all the ricotta cheese, take the last bit of the noodles to the top mixture pour last of the spaghetti sauce and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for about 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
