Ingredients

    *Mission whole wheat tortillas, 6 serving
    *Sargento Fancy 4 Cheese Mexican, 1 cup
    Salsa, 2 cup
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Cook beef and onions in skillet until brown. Follow taco seasoning directions for creating taco meat. Spray 9 X 13 dish with non-stick spray. In medium saucepan, warm 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 jar of salsa until cheese starts to melt. Add taco meat and salsa/cheese sauce to the center of each tortilla. Roll and place in baking dish seam down. Repeat until all tortillas are filled. Pour remaining salsa on top. Cook on 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Add remaining cheese to top and cook for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
