Introduction

Ingredients

    10oz. Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach drained
    1 Cup Brown Rice
    2 1/2 Cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 Small Onion Chopped
    2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Directions

In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter and soften onion. Add rice and spinach and stir to combine. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
