Simple Thai Tofu

Introduction

Simple and easy to make. Serve over rice or veggies! Simple and easy to make. Serve over rice or veggies!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 350 g. package of firm tofu cut into cubes
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 1/2 t. olive oil
    1/2 t. sesame oil
    1 t. soy sauce
    2 t. grated ginger root
    2 Tb. chunky peaunt butter
    2 Tb. coconut flakes

Directions

1. Heat oils in skillet at medium high heat.
2. Saute onions.
3. Add tofu. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with soy sauce.
5. Add peanut butter and ginger root.
6. Cook 2 more minutes.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Add coconut.

Serves 3.
Serve over rice or veggies.
