Hot Garlic Shrimp & Asparagus

Introduction

Found on myrecipes.com. Very tasty. I cut the recipe I found in half, except for the asparagus--left that as is. I added in a little dill weed. Would also be good to add in a few quartered mushrooms. Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 1/2 cups asparagus, sliced into 1" pieces"
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 cup Chardonnay or other dry white wine
    1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus, salt, garlic, and peppers. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add shrimp, and cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in wine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil then remove from heat.
