* Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
* Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
* Pecans, .5 cup, chopped
* Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
* Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
* Green Grapes, 0.5 cup, halved
* Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
* Curry powder, .5 tsp
* Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 12 tbsp
Directions
Cook and dice the chicken breast. Combine in a large bowl with all of the ingredients. Mix and refrigerate.
