Spicy Potato Chips

Introduction

This is a healthier version of America's favorite snack. This is low in fat with the only fat being from the extra virgin olive oil. This is a healthier version of America's favorite snack. This is low in fat with the only fat being from the extra virgin olive oil.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 tsp Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy

Directions

Preheat oven to 300. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Lay them on a non-stick cookie sheet or cake pan. Use a brush to lightly brush the oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle the Mrs. Dash over the potatoes. Place potatoes in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. They are done when they are browned and crisp. Makes 6 servings (half a potato).

The cooking time will vary depending on how thin your potato slices are.
