Curried Pasta Salad with Tuna

1 1/2 t. Whole Cumin Seeds
1/4 C, - Mayonnaise
1/4 C. - Light Sour Cream
1 T. - Lemon Juice
1 1/2 t. - Curry Powder
1/2 t. - Salt
1/4 t. - Ground Black Pepper
4 oz. - Farfalli (Bow tie) Pasta
1 C. - Celery - sliced
1 C. - Seedless Grapes
1 6 oz Can - Light Tuna, packed in water (drained)
2 - 6 oz. Cans - Light Tuna, packed in water (drained)
(Make Dressing) In a bowl mix together mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, toasted cumin seeds, curry powder, salt & pepper, celery, Set aside.
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Rinse under cold water, drain well.
Add pasta to dressing and coat thoroughly. Add flaked tuna and grapes. Mix gently. Serve now or refridgerate for later. Good the next day.
Note: The original recipe called for 1/2 cup of unsalted cashew pieces. I left these out. I also cut the grapes in half. Use your favorite grapes. The red ones are just a little sweeter to me.
This recipe is easily doubled. It makes a lot. Ingredients and seasoningss can be adjusted to fit your own tastes.
