3 c or 2 (15 oz) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
6 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp light olive oil
2 tsp chili paste or finely chopped, seeded jalapeno chili
3/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
Makes 4 servings. Serve with pita.
