Herb Crusted Tilapia

Introduction

This is a yummy way to quickly make your tilapia! It is great along with rice or baked potato. This is a yummy way to quickly make your tilapia! It is great along with rice or baked potato.

Ingredients

    2- 4oz tilapia filets
    1/2 cup seasoned dried and grated bread crumbs
    1 Tbls extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbls parsley flakes
    1 tsp rosemary
    1tsp thyme
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat your broiler on hi setting.
On a plate mix bread crumbs, herbs salt, and pepper.
Coat tilapia filets with olive oil
Transfer filets to bred crumb plate and cover thoroughly
Place on baking stone or cookie shhet and plce under broiler
Broil for about twenty minutes or unitl filets are golden brown.


* Is excellant served over a bed of rice !
